What is the free session all about?

Why only 30 minute sessions?
- Hour sessions become low-intensity talk sessions.
- We can accomplish a very intense and productive workout in 30 minutes.
We tell clients to budget 50 minutes in the studio. Ten to warm up, thirty minutes with the trainer, and ten minutes for intervals or stretching. We do tend to give new clients more time in their sessions initially until they’re well enough conditioned for the faster-paced workout.
